Position Overview:
We are seeking Journeyman Electricians with a strong background in commercial construction to join our team for projects across Houston and its surrounding areas. You will be working on your tools, handling complex installations, and ensuring high-quality electrical work in a fast-paced environment.
We have full-time Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire opportunities available now.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of electrical installations in large-scale commercial construction projects, including new builds and major renovations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to accurately install electrical systems.
- Install and bend conduit, pull wire, and install electrical panels, transformers, and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as needed.
- Work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices as needed.
Qualifications:
- License: Must possess a current State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial electrical work, with a strong emphasis on large-scale construction projects.
- Skills: Proficient in the use of all necessary tools and equipment, with a deep understanding of commercial electrical systems.
- Tools: Must have your own complete set of tools.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
- Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
