The Creek Group, LLC located in the Houston Heights, is currently looking for a General Manager for one our locations. We’re looking for an energetic, upbeat individual to add to our team! We are a high volume bar/restaurant & are looking for the right fit! We have that laid back feel & want our customers to feel like family.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS & DUTIES
- 3-5 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Managing all employees to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining all employee files and ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Be creative in terms of new promotions & engaging staff to create a great experience for our guests
- Staff accordingly to business & that employees are trained correctly
- Respond to complaints, making sure that the customer
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of all financial aspects of business operations
- Strong analytical ability & problem solving skills
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
