Position: Journeyman Electrician

Must Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License (clear driving record, free of DUI/reckless driving/etc.)
- 5+ years’ electrician experience in a construction setting -- must be comfortable working in elevated heights and in the elements
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician for 2+ years
Day-to-day:
An outdoor advertising company is looking for a Journeyman II Electrician to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The primary responsibility is to perform electrical repair and maintenance on various structures including billboards and a warehouse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and lighting systems for billboards
- Maintain accurate log of completed jobs
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, building codes, and National Electrical Code
- Troubleshoot and repair systems related to digital LED signage
- Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, and safe work practices
- Maintains local purchase, and other records for parts and materials needed to complete work
- May supervise lower-level electricians
- Other duties as assigned or requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.51 - $35.00 per hour
