Position Overview:
We are seeking a Master Electrician to oversee, manage, and execute high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, ensure compliance with all electrical codes, and deliver top-notch service to our clients.
Pay:
Starting at $90,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations and maintenance projects.
- Supervise and mentor electricians, apprentices, and field teams to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for proper installations.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets NEC codes, local regulations, and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.
- Maintain project schedules, report progress, and communicate with project managers and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation, including permits, compliance reports, and job logs.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency on all projects.
- Uphold and enforce safety procedures in all field operations.
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Master Electrician License (required).
- 5+ years of experience in electrical work, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Texas electrical regulations.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
