- Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team! If you are passionate about helping others and have strong communications skills in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- As a Customer Service Representative / Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse customer base while providing them with tailored insurance solutions for Home, Austo and commercial policies. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus Uncapped commissions and bonuses, giving you the potential to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, e mail and chat in both English and Spanish
- Assisting clients with their home, auto and commercial insurance needs, including policy information, claims and billing
- Providing quotes and helping clients choose the right insurance products for their needs
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Upselling and cross-selling insurance products to increase sales opportunities
- Processing new applications, policy changes, and renewals for home, auto and commercial policies
- Ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and company standards
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Skills
- Strong background in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred in English & Spanish, written and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clientele
- Previous experience in customer service / sales (insurance experience is a plus but not required)
- Proficiency in analyzing client needs, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
- High school diploma (insurance license is a plus, but we can help you obtain one)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, sutomer focused environment
- HOURLY Pay BASED ON EXPERIENCE
- UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS for sales and performance incentives
- BONUS for meeting and exceeding goals
