Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, account management, and business development, with the ability to analyze market trends and communicate effectively with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct warm calling to identify potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, technology sales, or account management.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for technology and staying updated on industry developments is a plus.

Pay: $82,645.00 - $91,492.00 per year
