Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and confidently navigate and inspect roofs of various slopes
- Demonstrate excellent technical skills in various aspects of roofing, including:
- Shingle roof repairs
- Gutter installation and repair
- Chimney flashing
- Fascia/soffit repair
- Siding repairs
- Communicate with homeowners effectively
- Complete projects in a timely manner
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Valid Driver’s License - required
- Experience in construction preferred but not required
- Must have small hand tools (all other tools provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Strong customer service required (working with homeowners)
- Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work in a team
- Possess a willingness to learn
