Job Responsibilities:

Safely and confidently navigate and inspect roofs of various slopes
Demonstrate excellent technical skills in various aspects of roofing, including:
Shingle roof repairs
Gutter installation and repair
Chimney flashing
Fascia/soffit repair
Siding repairs
Communicate with homeowners effectively
Complete projects in a timely manner
Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation to work
Valid Driver’s License - required
Experience in construction preferred but not required
Must have small hand tools (all other tools provided)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
Strong customer service required (working with homeowners)
Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
Flexible schedule
Ability to work in a team
Possess a willingness to learn
