Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Plumber to join our Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. HVAC experience is a bonus. The Plumber will work both independently and as part of a team on various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct field service work at construction sites or client locations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople during remodeling projects.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
- Experience with pipe threading techniques and assembly processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when necessary.
- Familiarity with field service operations in construction environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week

- Weekends as needed
