Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable House Manager to join our team. The House Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the AMP house, liaising with vendors, staff, and members. This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Work on-site from 8 AM to 5 PM at the AMP house.
- Meet with and manage vendors to ensure timely service.
- Oversee home maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Answer questions and provide support to AMP members.
- Act as a liaison between upper management and vendors, staff, and members.
- Complete tasks, such as researching items to purchase for the house and making appointments with vendors, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home.
- Ensure property staff are fulfilling their duties.
- Drive the golf cart to pick up and drop off people as needed.
- Report daily activities and updates to upper management.
