As a full-time HVAC Service Manager, YOU will receive the following and so much MORE:
Compensation plan includes-
- Salary with quarterly bonus plan
- $5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment

What we are looking for-
- Strong customer service/communication/sales ability/organization
- Minimum 10 years' service tech experience
- Capable of troubleshooting split systems to support service team
- Capable of troubleshooting light commercial systems to support service team
- Clean driving record and background examination
- Must be proficient with email, computer, smartphone, etc.
-Service Titan experience is preferred
This is a full time remote position from your home office managing a team of techs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
