Property Maintenance Technician at Townhomes of Caswell and Surrounding Properties
We are seeking a maintenance technician for Townhomes of Caswell in Troy and our surrounding properties in Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, Clawson and Troy. Applicants with significant experience in property maintenance with an understanding of plumbing, HVAC and/or electrical systems are preferred.
This role encompasses completing work orders, ensuring property grounds are tidy and tending to building facilities.
This role perfectly strikes a balance for those seeking independence while also providing resources for success.
