Oasis Heating and Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company located in St. Clair Shores. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for both our employees and customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with qualified and driven individuals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC system installations, including experience with custom homes. If you don’t meet this experience level, we’re also hiring HVAC apprentice installers and would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complete installations of HVAC systems, including ductwork, RTUs, mini-splits, furnaces, split systems, boilers, in-floor radiant systems, and more.
- Ensure proper installation, system balance, and refrigerant charging according to manufacturer specifications.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, ensuring systems are fully operational upon completion.
- Follow all safety protocols and local building codes to ensure compliance during installations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Accurately complete and submit installation reports for future service or warranty purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs or more.
- Show a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
