**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our property.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as work orders, make readies, HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System to track work orders and inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Demonstrate skills when overseeing maintenance operations
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, plumbing knowledge, and electrical and HVAC systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
