Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in food service management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals
- Coordinate catering events and functions
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering operations
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
