Very busy General Contracting Company seeks knowledgeable, driven, trust-worthy, deadline focused skilled carpenter/maintenance for full-time position. Hiring supervisor and laborer positions.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.
Skills Required: Basic maintenance duties to include: Supervising crews, ability to install appliances, hot water heater, vinyl flooring, quarter round, light fixtures, cabinets, countertops, toilets, faucets, sump pumps, doors, and gutters. Able to caulk baths, replace siding and check plumbing.
Any additional carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing and/or HVAC skills are a plus.
Hours are Monday -Friday, 7:15AM - 4:30PM. Compensation based on experience.
