A One Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing LLC is a trusted provider of residential HVAC services in the DMV area. For over 14 years, we’ve been delivering top-quality heating and cooling solutions to our clients, and we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for motivated and reliable Residential HVAC Helpers/Installers to assist in the installation of HVAC systems and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead installer in the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning condensers, heat pumps, evaporator coils, air handlers, gas furnaces, gas boilers, radiators, ductless heat pumps, and humidifiers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Carry and transport equipment, ensuring proper installation and placement.
Communicate with homeowners to address concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the lead installer and ensure smooth job completion.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks related to HVAC installation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Flexibility with work hours and scheduling, including occasional weekend work.
Willingness to learn and improve upon existing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
