Job Summary
Southland Services is a commercial HVAC and Refrigeration repair company. We service restaurants, hotels, assisted living facilities, and many other commercial locations in the Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, and Manatee counties. We are seeking a full-time HVAC/ Refrigeration Technician for immediate hire. We also have a commercial construction company and would like a condidate to have some construction skills i.e. carpentry, drywall, welding
Job Description:
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC equipment, including ice machines, air conditioners, coolers, freezers, and more.
- Communicate with office and customer regarding status of repairs.
- Complete service tickets according to procedures.
- Maintain truck and tools and keep adequately stocked with required parts.
- On-call rotation.
- What We're Looking For:
- Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration expert with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Experience with commercial cooking equipment is a plus, but not required.
- Creative thinker with structured problem solving skills.
- Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
- EPA Certification.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.02 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
