Great opportunity to join TJM Properties servicing the Tampa Bay Area at our Senior Living Communities.
We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic, Customer Service driven Licensed AC and Refrigeration Technician to monitor and maintain our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment; to perform repairs, replacements and general preventive maintenance on large capacity cooling towers, chillers, refrigeration systems, evaporative coolers, and there electrical/mechanical controls plus general plumbing throughout assigned facility.
Experience in most of it if not all, construction trades, A/C & Pluming are crucial.
