What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service operations, keeping technicians, clients, and schedules running smoothly. Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:
- Answer calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Confirm and coordinate scheduled service calls, repairs, and maintenance with clients.
- Communicate with technicians via phone and shared texting apps for updates and job statuses.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure tasks are complete and jobs are closed efficiently.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule service calls, training sessions, and technician meetings.
- Coordinate cranes, lifts, and parts delivery for projects.
- Create accurate purchase orders and follow up with vendors for ETAs.
- Review technician time entries weekly to avoid discrepancies.
- Stage filters/parts for technician pickup to maximize efficiency.
- Organization & Adaptability:
- Keep the office stocked with supplies and tools for success.
- Stay flexible, ready to pivot as priorities shift throughout the day.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
