We are looking for a Certified General contractor that specializes in Maintenance and Repair to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
As a Maintenance and Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of our equipment, facilities, and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Electrical Experience.
- Conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on high end appliances, HVAC, plumbing.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to identify root causes.
- Performing scheduled inspections to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans.
- Documenting maintenance activities and maintaining accurate records.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in electrical.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
