Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Plumber to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will take ownership of plumbing projects from start to finish, including reading and interpreting plans, managing job sites, and executing tasks for both small and large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to determine job specifications.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial and residential construction projects.
- Manage all aspects of plumbing jobs, ensuring quality work and timely completion.
- Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a commercial/residential plumber (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans and blueprints.
- Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Valid plumbing license (if applicable) and a valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
