Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and drains.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust and fosters long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a residential plumber.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
