Unique opportunity to join a boutique real estate private equity firm as the General Manager of a key strategic operating company of the investment portfolio. The operating company, Equity Operating Company, manages the assets and operations of three real estate private equity funds that own and operate luxury vacation residences in the US and internationally. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is comfortable wearing many hats and helping all related entities grow and succeed.
The ideal candidate with have strong analytical and leadership skills and a desire to be an important part of a young company. There is significant growth potential attached to this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. This position includes managing direct reports.
KEY JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead, supervise, and direct the operations and financial activities of Equity Asset & Property Management. Build a luxury brand, safeguard the assets, control costs and grow revenue. Deliver to the high standards of a premier luxury brand.
· Develop and Optimize Revenue Management and Analytics
· Deliver on Luxury Brand Positioning & Guest Experience
· Manage Budgets and Establish Cost Controls
· Supervise Network of Local Property Managers
· Oversee Property Maintenance and Resolution of Operational Issues
· Deliver property remodelling within a timeline and budget
· Support acquisitions by evaluating potential new assets, conducting due diligence, and integrating new properties
Salary commensurate with experience. Preferred location is Miami-Fort Lauderdale area for proximity to investment assets. Limited travel (to luxury vacation destinations) required.
