Drive Social Media is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our fast-growing team. The General Manager will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented professionals to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for our clients. Responsibilities…
Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring they are achieving core KPIs and developing professionally.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, leveraging a deep understanding of paid media channels, including paid social, YouTube, display, and paid search.
Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations and drive efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence.
Understand and execute the Drive Social Media strategy and process while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Lead the team to design thought-provoking, value-packed creative campaigns that drive revenue while adhering to client standards and the Drive Social Media process.
Participate in the hiring and training of Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to excel in their roles.
Manage key accounts as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have/be:

A people person with a genuine desire to drive financial growth for small to medium-sized businesses.
7+ years of client-facing or consulting experience.
3+ years of experience managing, training, and developing a team.
5+ years of experience working with a variety of paid media channels at a leading marketing agency or in-house team.

Bilingual Spanish and English
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in human behavior and relationship building.
Demonstrable experience with digital campaign planning and a solid understanding of marketing and advertising techniques.
Ability to think adeptly around both creative and analytics to drive ROI.
Strong grasp of media buying best practices.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work within a process management system.
Knowledge of Google Suite; working knowledge of SalesForce software is a strong advantage.
A true leader who is not afraid to call out team inefficiencies.
Curious and tenacious.
A desire to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
