Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service industry or restaurant environment
- Must pass background check
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and adhere to food service safety standards
- Control day-to-day operations by scheduling, ordering food and supplies, managing labor and food cost
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members
- Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- Manage 15-25 employees
