Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC design principles and the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions for repairs.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within buildings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC design principles and practices.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to repair and maintain various types of equipment.
- Experience in air conditioning systems installation and service technician roles.
- Knowledgeable in refrigeration processes and techniques.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.25 per hour
