Position Overview: Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer Lead / Foreman in the Houston area looking to join a reputable and growing company? We’re seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer Lead / Foreman to oversee installations, manage teams, and ensure quality on our projects.

Key Responsibilities for the Commercial HVAC Installer Lead / Foreman position include:
- Lead and oversee a team in the installation of commercial HVAC sheet metal and ductwork on new construction and retrofit projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local codes
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet schedules and complete projects on time
- Train and mentor installation technicians, ensuring safety and high-quality work
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses
- Communicate with clients to address questions or concerns about the installation process
Qualifications for the Commercial HVAC Installer Lead / Foreman position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC training in sheet metal/ductwork installation is a plus
- 4-6 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal/ductwork installation experience, including 1-2 years in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role
- References from completed commercial projects you oversaw preferred
- Bi-lingual - English & Spanish speaking is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, sheet metal/ductwork techniques, and VRF refrigeration systems (preferred)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
