Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience in residential maintenance and equipment repair
- Familiarity with HVAC system design and installation
- Field service experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) systems
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Proficiency in air conditioning systems and their components
- NCI certified or NATE is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings for system installation or repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
