At least 5 years of commercial & residential HVAC service experience is required
Job requirements
-Ability to service, diagnose, and inspect all HVAC equipment including but not limited to: RTU's, Split Systems, VAV's, VRF Systems, Chillers, Boilers, Ductless splits, CRAC's etc.
-have the knowledge to install all makes and types of HVAC equipment
-Be available to work on call on a rotating basis with other technicians for emergency after hours service
-maintain proper stock, parts, tools and safety equipment in vehicle.
-document and complete work order with proper labor hours and materials used on job site with recommendations and work done
-Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, and serial number
-diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts and calibrate system to manufacturer’s specifications
-quote correct pricing for repairs and replacement parts
-communicate fully to customers what the issue is and what is needing to be repaired or replaced and why.
-participate in company provided training opportunities
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be registered with the State of Texas
Must pass background check and drug test upon hire
Must have a clean driving record
