Join Our Team as an HVAC Install Manager!
We are a premier local service provider specializing in residential and commercial trades, and we're looking for a dedicated HVAC Installation Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead Install operations at our branch, focusing on strategy development, implementation, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop install staff. Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and work assignments.
- Budget Oversight: Create and manage departmental budgets.
- Material Coordination: Ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Reporting & Record Keeping: Generate operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Payroll Review: Ensure accuracy in technician compensation.
Provides planning and management in the safe and efficient installation of new HVAC equipment, components and systems in commercial and/or residential settings.
- Evaluates work load and schedules installation work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes installation output.
- Interfaces with home owners, building inspectors and project managers to identify installation needs and maintain good customer relations.
- Drives to job sites to monitor production and efficiency of technicians and monitor quality control.
- Stays in touch with installation crews to assist with unexpected needs.
- Checks to ensure that each job is complete. May conduct job site surveys.
- Resolves customer complaints/issues.
- Monitors preventive maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper operation.
- May manage a sales staff and approve pricing for sales.
- Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring that assets are protected and controlled.
- Coordinates work with subcontractors, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-8 years in the install industry is required, with HVAC experience essential.
- Management Skills: Proven track record in a management role.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for company vehicle use.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, computer, and mathematical skills.
- MUST have experience with P&L, job costing and materials costing, payroll management experience, and ability to lead team of 20-30. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
