Objective (Desired Key Results):
- Help us find and care for property managers who need “just handle it” levels of HVAC & Controls service, so you and our technicians might enjoy the benefits of bringing value to new and existing clients.
Entry Level Position:
- Bachelors Degree / Technical Training Required
- HVAC Training Provided As Needed
- Quick Learner, Technical/ Mechanical Minded Preferred
Job Duties:
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
