Elkhorn Technical Resources has been serving the Littleton area for over 24 years and we are expanding our team. As a Comfort Consultant, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired sales goals. Elkhorn Comfort Consultants provide in-home consultations for residential HVAC equipment and help home owners make informed and confident buying decisions for their homes.
Elkhorn Technical Resources provides our Comfort Consultants with company generated leads and a warehouse of inventory ready for installation by the best installation technicians in the Littleton area.
Our ideal candidates has the following experience:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling $1M+ annually in Residential HVAC and Electrical Retrofit/Add-on Replacement Systems and Upgrades.
- Competent in design and sizing of residential HVAC equipment.
- The ability to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- The ability to explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Proven experience with a referral program for self generating leads.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Familiar with local codes and familiarity with company product lines.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle - Clean MVR required
- Well groomed, drug free and able to pass a background check
