Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager will play a vital role in managing the inventory, logistics, and overall organization of HVAC equipment, working closely with our team and vendors. This position involves both hands-on inventory management and administrative responsibilities to support the growth and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Physically handle HVAC inventory, including loading and unloading trucks, stocking warehouse parts, and conducting routine audits on both warehouse and truck stock levels to maintain accuracy. This role requires regular physical labor, including lifting heavy inventory.

- Fleet Management: Coordinate fleet compliance, including state inspections and maintenance schedules for trucks.
