Commercial HVAC Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated high energy individual with a positive attitude to develop strong business relationships while acquiring HVAC Service Agreements within the territory of eastern PA, Southern NJ and Northern Delaware.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Qualify new and existing opportunities
- Establish client rapport using well-established products and services
- Prioritizing activities to target key clients
- Form accurate and detailed service agreement proposals
- Maintain ongoing communication with all assigned and potential accounts.
- Follow-up with all proposed bids and leads.
- Analyze and negotiate renewals of existing service agreements.
- Negotiate with clients to gain business while maintaining approved profit margins.
- Engage and assist in the resolution of any outstanding collection concerns
- Maintain accurate client information within Oliver’s database
- Attend all required sales related meetings.
- Support fellow associates and work for the betterment of the overall team.
- Always maintain and follow company policy.

Education and Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years sales experience. Knowledge of HVAC industry is preferred, but not required for consideration.
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/Technical trade school, or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Substantial periods spent in vehicle.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
