*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in COMMERCIAL HVAC AND REFRIGERATION repairs and maintenance and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing field service operations *Duties* - Lead and manage a team of technicians in the field to ensure timely and efficient service repairs. - Oversee the repair and maintenance of various commercial hvac and refrigeration equipment. - Coordinate service schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all service requests. - Develop and implement training programs for technicians to enhance their skills in commercial equipment repair and maintenance. - Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly. - Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available for repairs. - Design and implement processes for improving operational efficiency within the service department. - Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth. *Experience* - Proven experience in a managerial role within the field service and repair industry. - Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems. - Experience with equipment repair and maintenance is REQUIRED. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. - Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and others professionally.
