JOB DUTIES
- Walking property grounds
- Completing resident work orders
- Appliance repairs
- Painting
- Drywall/flooring installation and repair

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years' previous residential maintenance experience
- Bilingual - Spanish & English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude
- No criminal background
- Able to pass a drug test
- HVAC certified
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Must have own hand tools
