We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Marketing Associate to join our team. This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, making it perfect for someone eager to learn and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced, creative environment.
In this role, you’ll support various marketing initiatives, working across teams to help produce high-quality content, manage social media campaigns, assist in product launches, and much more. You’ll need a can-do attitude, a willingness to jump into different tasks, and the ability to think creatively on your feet.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks at once.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (such as Gmail and Google Sheets) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and research topics quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends, with experience in creating engaging content.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising strategies.
- Comfortable hosting events or engaging directly with customers in person or online.
- Experience working in a creative environment or on a variety of marketing projects.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring all content aligns with UPLIFT Desk’s brand voice and values.
- Research social media trends and content ideas to help the team create timely, engaging posts that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with the video and creative teams, helping organize files, assist with photo shoots, and manage other tasks in the studio as needed.
- Audit the website regularly to identify and report errors or inconsistencies, helping ensure an excellent user experience.
- Write and schedule marketing emails, tailoring content to highlight key promotions, product launches, and brand stories.
- Help develop marketing materials, from building advertisements to crafting product descriptions, ensuring messaging is on-point and effective.
- Ability to professionally represent UPLIFT Desk at events, connecting with potential customers, gathering leads, and providing a friendly, knowledgeable face for the brand.
- Work closely with various departments, from product development to sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals.
- Assist with content creation for blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets, helping to ensure that all content is engaging, accurate, and informative.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new ideas to the team for discussion and implementation.

- Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
