We are seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview: The HVAC Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC cost estimates and managing the execution of commercial projects. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimation:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to develop detailed HVAC cost estimates.
- Conduct thorough take-offs for HVAC materials, equipment, and labor.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information.
- Assess market conditions to ensure competitive and precise bidding.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals to clients.
- Project Management:
- Oversee all phases of HVAC construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and address any issues or changes in scope.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HVAC codes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management within the commercial construction sector.
- Proficient in HVAC estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
