*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, possess leadership qualities, and be adept at managing a team.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities within the facility
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to increase efficiency
- Oversee the repair of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Manage facility projects related to maintenance and upgrades
*Skills*
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and management
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with facilities management best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide a maintenance team
- Ability to use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
