Responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships

Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers cutting-edge Plumbing services

Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team

Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential Plumbing management, with a track record of driving revenue performance

Strong leadership and communication skills

HVAC certification and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
