TE Certified is a residential plumbing company that regularly replaces sewer lines at residential homes. TE is looking for a Residential Plumbing Install Manager to spearhead our company's growth. This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve an install department.
Ideal candidates should:
- Have significant residential Plumbing install experience, excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential Plumbing install, sales, and service process.
- Be able to run an install department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing Plumbing install technicians.
- Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.
- Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
- Be able and willing to teach technicians how to repair and install plumbing systems and sewer lines, as well as train on customer service and sales.
- Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Be comfortable and confident operating a first-class plumbing department within an established business.
This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near the Cobb County area.

Requirements
- Valid Georgia Plumbing License. A Journeyman's license is a must or should be scheduled for the journeyman's licensing exam during the next exam!
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing installation and excellent underground/excavation skills.
- Significant experience in RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING INSTALL. Management experience is not required but is strongly preferred.
- Must have a Competent Person Excavation & Trench Certification or be able to obtain one once hired.
- Live within 30 miles of Kennesaw, GA.
- Drug-free with a clean background and driving record.
- Be flexible, growth orientated and work well with others.
- Be excited and passionate about Plumbing.
- Be willing to work Saturdays and off-hours as needed.
- Be willing to train and hire new team members.
- Be willing to multi-task and transition between field and office responsibilities.
- Be willing to attend training and classes.
- Have a prepared resume.
