The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our Residential HVAC installation projects across multiple subdivisions in a designated geographic area within the DFW Metroplex. In this role, you will monitor production daily, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team while contributing to the growth of our company.

Compensation Range:
- Hourly range: $28-$35 hourly OR Salary range: $1,120 - $1,400 weekly, depending on experience.

Location: You’ll start your day in Haltom City, TX
Work You’ll Do:
- Supervise HVAC installation teams on-site in designated subdivisions, monitoring progress and quality of work.
- Conduct daily site visits to observe new construction activity, including poured slabs and plumbing installations, and determine if they pertain to our builders.
- Gather field updates on ongoing projects and communicate new construction developments back to the shop.
- Coordinate with the project management team, ensuring timely communication with builders and preparing job packets once a house is framed.
- Walk through framed homes to assess ductwork needs (e.g., 7-inch, 8-inch) and gather material lists for installation.
- Supervise subcontractor crews to ensure correct installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and adherence to blueprints and plans.
- Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, performing final walkthroughs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Focus on safety and adherence to best practices in all supervisory activities.
Must-haves in a Candidate:
- You get it done and have the track record to prove it.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation or field supervision, particularly in residential new construction.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a subcontracted team.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $73,444.00 per year
