Maintenance Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Train and supervise maintenance staff
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Manage projects related to facility maintenance and improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a related role
- Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Summary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
