Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable HVAC Selling Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, as well as promoting and selling HVAC products and services to our customers. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive the best solutions for their heating and cooling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and understanding of their HVAC needs.
- System Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance.
- Sales: Identify opportunities for HVAC upgrades and services; effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- Estimates and Proposals: Prepare accurate estimates for service calls, repairs, and installations; provide proposals for new equipment or upgrades.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Installation: Assist with the installation of HVAC systems as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, products sold, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of [X years] experience in HVAC service and sales.
- Certifications: EPA Certification and any relevant state licenses.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems; knowledgeable about various HVAC products and services.
