The HVAC RNC Start-up Technician will be responsible for performing start-up procedures on newly installed HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. A company vehicle will be provided. You will work closely with installation teams to verify proper operation, conduct tests, and make any necessary adjustments. This is a hands-on role requiring technical knowledge and attention to detail to ensure all systems meet performance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct start-up and commissioning of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Perform system diagnostics, adjustments, and fine-tuning to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that HVAC equipment is properly installed, calibrated, and fully functional.
- Verify the proper operation of controls, sensors, and electrical components.
- Perform system charge checks, airflow balancing, and verify that systems meet design specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues and recommend corrective actions to resolve operational problems.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including service reports, commissioning documents, and customer communication.
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project timelines and customer expectations are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
