Seeking qualified candidates to join our HVAC Service Technician team in Charlotte, NC.
Service Technicians are responsible for servicing all HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Team members should work well with others, have strong communication skills and technical knowledge; Must be able to vocalize necessary parts, follow-ups, etc. with the dispatch team to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Identifies,analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customers’ locations.
- Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
- Maintains equipment by inspecting for signs of wear.
- Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration.
- Records parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources.
- Provides technical support to customers.
- Delivers parts to job sites, as necessary.
- Pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug tests.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years Installation Experience
- NC Technician’s License A PLUS!
