As an Electrical Foreman with Journeyman Electrician credentials, you will play a pivotal role in managing our new construction projects and ensuring the highest standards of service. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Work Location: On the road (Arizona)
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage New Construction: Lead and oversee electrical installations in new construction as well as TI projects as a working foreman. Identify manpower needs and provide feedback to the General Manager.
· Build Team Unity: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance project outcomes.
· Day-to-Day Project Management: Take charge of day-to-day operations for commercial and residential new construction projects. Understand project scope, schedule, and submittals. Attend GC/Subcontractor meetings as needed and report back to the GM.
· Routine Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance to uphold system integrity.
· Emergency Maintenance Response: Promptly respond to emergency maintenance requests for effective issue resolution.
· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
· Experience (Required): A minimum of 5 years of Journeyman Electrician experience as a lead/foreman running commercial/residential projects, showcasing your expertise in the field.
· Certification (Required): Must have credentials proving a job history as a lead/foreman on new construction/TI projects. Journeyman license and trade school certifications are a plus. OSHA 10/30 training is a plus.
· Physical Aptitude: Ability to handle a physical workload associated with electrical installations.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills to address complex electrical challenges.
· Proficiencies: Blueprint reading, Smartphones/tablets, and email. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, etc., is preferred.
