Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in installing new/replacement HVAC equipment while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Work on various residential and commercial projects, covering a range of HVAC systems and components.
- Interpret construction drawings and cut sheets on-site.
- Occasionally work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
- Perform equipment preparation, testing, and start-up.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Follow safety protocols diligently.
- Train and mentor less experienced crew members.
- Perform physical tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Refrigeration Handling certification is required.
- NATE certification preferred.
- Must have own tools for daily tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and crawlspaces.
