McCarver Mechanical Heating and Cooling is currently seeking a full-time Lead Installer to join their team in Warren, Michigan! Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 AM Start time
- Potential overtime
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
The right candidate will have:
- 5 years’ experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
- EPA Certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test/background check
- Valid driver's license & Clean driving record required
- Able to understand and perform installations from start to finish
- Ability to make sheet metal is a plus
- Ability to install boilers (combi, steam & hot), ductless mini splits, heat pumps, RTU, air handlers, Spacepak, tankless water heaters is a plus
- Knowledge of current code
Our Lead Installer will:
- Mentor and guide apprentices to help them develop their skills and knowledge in the HVAC field
- Lead and direct installation crew
- Teach industry processes
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Be dependable and on time!
